BESPOKE

Bespoke Process

1. Consultation.

Every bespoke piece begins with a conversation. We discuss your ideas, preferences and inspiration to define the direction of your piece.

2. Design.

We begin with the first sketches, exploring the shape, proportions and details of your piece. The design is then refined until the final concept is defined

3. CAD Development

The final design is translated into a precise 3D CAD model, defining the proportions, construction and stone placement before production begins.

4. Craftsmanship

Once the design is approved, your piece enters production. Our team carefully brings the design to life, from crafting and setting to the final finishing.

5. Completion

Your finished piece undergoes a final quality inspection before it is prepared for collection or delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a bespoke piece cost?

Each bespoke piece is individually priced according to its complexity, materials and selected gemstones. After discussing your ideas and preferences, we will prepare an individual quote for you.

How does the design process work?

The process begins with a consultation, either virtually, in person at our showroom, or simply by contacting us directly. We discuss your ideas and preferences to understand the direction for your piece. Following the consultation, we begin developing the first sketches and refine the design with you before creating the final CAD model.

A design fee applies to each bespoke project and is determined by the complexity and scope of the design. If you proceed with production, the full design fee is credited towards the final cost of your piece.

How long does it take to create a bespoke piece?

Once the final CAD design is approved, a deposit is required to begin production. Most bespoke pieces are completed within 4–8 weeks from this point. For more complex designs, a different timeline may be agreed in advance.
